Prices

All prices on this website are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). For orders sent to a European Union (EU) member state, the selling price includes VAT and you will be responsible for the payment of any duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. If your order is to be despatched to a country outside the EU, the sales tax on the order is zero.

Order and Payment

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with, or unclear about, any aspect of these terms, please contact us before placing an order, either by telephone, email or post (see details below). Full payment is required when placing an order. On receipt of payment an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address supplied at the point of order.

Inability to Fill the Order If we are unable to fill the order due to lack of stock or to inability to deliver to the requested delivery address, we will notify you by email and credit the purchases on your bank card as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. We will not be liable for any additional compensation.

Colour Conformity

Every effort has been made to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours seen will depend on the purchaser’s monitor, we cannot guarantee that the monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and so cannot accept responsibility for any variation in the colour seen on the monitor and the colour of the product delivered.

Return of Goods

If you are not happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 15 days of receipt and we will give you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.

Goods can be returned outside this 15 day period if, despite the care taken in the manufacture and packaging of them, they are found to be faulty, but only if the application and care instructions have been followed and the defect is not due to wear and tear or misuse.

Any item returned must be with proof of purchase. The cost of return is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Product Delivery

Delivery is charged as an extra cost to the cost of the product in the amounts recorded on the Information page on the website.

Products will be delivered to the address supplied at the time of placing the order.

We will not be responsible for any delivery failing to arrive on time nor any damage/defect to the delivered products caused by circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Liability

Our liability for delivered products which are damaged, defective, of insufficient quantity or not what was ordered will be limited to the following:

• Replacement of any defective or damaged goods

• Rectification of any order shortage

• Supply of the correct product originally ordered

• Refund of the amount paid for the products.

No compensation will be offered.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
